On behalf of the City of Temecula, we hope you and yours are healthy and safe. We are all aware of the seriousness of the current situation regarding COVID-19, the impact on all of our residents, businesses, visitors, and the world, and will continue to comply with all State and County Public Health Orders. Our utmost priority for our City is the health, safety, and well-being of our community members and our collective environment.
Mayor James “Stew” Stewart has requested the lighting up of Temecula’s City Hall in red, white, and blue as a symbol of our community’s resolve and resilience during these unprecedented times. Mayor Stew states, “As we are all going through these very challenging times, we shall light up City Hall as a beacon of Hope while the chimes play, ‘God Bless America’ nightly. Our health is in each other’s hands, so it is imperative that we all stay safe at home to remain healthy and hopeful as we get through these difficult times together.”
The situation is very fluid and we continue to monitor the circumstances and update our community promptly, should there be any further changes to the status of this world health crisis.
The City of Temecula is posting several daily updates related to COVID-19 on all City social media platforms and on our website at TemeculaCA.gov/coronavirus.
