BYOC!  Bring Your Own Chairs and bundle up because you will not want to miss the biggest event of the year!  Join us for Temecula’s 30th Anniversary Community Celebration on Sunday, December 1, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Civic Quad at the Temecula City Hall (41000 Main Street) in Old Town Temecula.

Celebrate our community’s loving spirit together as the City of Temecula observes its 30th year of incorporation!  This free anniversary event will kick off the next 30 years with live music starting at approximately 2:30 pm from Temecula’s sweetheart and America’s Got Talent 2019 Winner Kodi Lee, along with his band Midnight Satellites.  Seating is open, so it will be first come first serve to find the best spot to place your chair and watch this cheerful and inspirational prodigious musical savant who is taking the world by storm with his unmatched soulful talent!  Bring your entire family, friends and neighbors as there will also be activities for kids, fun giveaways including Temecula LOVE license plate frames (while supplies last), and a free hot dog or hamburger meal for the first 1,000 guests.

The City of Temecula’s 30th year has highlighted infinite reasons to LOVE Temecula.  Mayor Mike Naggar states, “For me, the love I have for Temecula is significantly tied to our uniquely close-knit inclusive community of individuals and families with special needs.”  As a proud father of an autistic 14-year old son, Mayor Naggar strongly advocates that individuals of all types of special needs can bring tremendous talent to the workforce.  Earlier this Spring, he hosted a Special Needs Workforce Luncheon and, additionally, focused on this topic at the 2019 Mayor’s State of the City in May. “Their special abilities far exceed their special needs, and Kodi Lee, as a blind and autistic young adult, has been a rock star at Temecula’s restaurants and venues demonstrating his special abilities for years.”  Naggar adds, “Now the world is recognizing his beautiful gift and it is inspiring others with special needs.

In line with the 2019 LOVE Temecula theme, Kodi Lee states, “Heck Yeah! I love Temecula!”
