Get CERT Training

Through training, citizens can manage utilities, put out small fires and treat the three killers by opening the airway, controlling bleeding, and treating for shock. CERT members can provide basic medical aid, search for and rescue victims safely and organize themselves to help mitigate disasters. CERT training is a commitment of 20 hours and there is no cost for the training. Only those who successfully complete the practical exercise with training in fire suppression, search and rescue, cribbing, and triage will receive a certificate of completion.
