City of Temecula Accepts Capella Award of Distinction

The Public Relations Society of America Inland Empire Chapter (PRSA-IE) recognized the City of Temecula with a 2018 Capella Award of Distinction on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Polaris Awards Ceremony held at the Riverside Convention Center.   The Around & About Temecula Team accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the City of Temecula.

Temecula Mayor Matt Rahn proudly proclaims, “Our multi-award-winning Around & About Temecula Web Series was conceived and is produced completely in house by extraordinary staff who continually develop creative and engaging programming to keep our community connected.  The Capella Award of Distinction is high-praise from the PRSA-IE as the premier public relations organization for Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

polarisaward2018collageThe PRSA-IE Polaris Awards represent the highest standards of performance in public relations and communications professions within the Inland Empire.  The Polaris Awards recognize exemplary public relations efforts that successfully incorporate sound research, planning, implementation and evaluation.  This year, there were a record number of exceptional entries in 27 categories from agencies running the gamut from hospitality to government and PR agencies to education — all raising the bar in the field of public relations.
