Think you know what’s in your food?  Join Lorie Brendecke, a Registered Dietician for the County of Riverside, as she explains not only how to read nutrition labels but also how to use that information to make better choices.  Be Smart, Eat Smart takes place on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library (30600 Pauba Road).

Learn the ins and outs of organic foods as well as how to arm yourself against weight gain, hypertension, and diabetes. Start the year with a new tradition of good nutrition.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Temecula Libraries, this program is open to adults 18 years and older.  Space is limited and carpooling is encouraged.
