In this free, comprehensive wellness program, you will learn about healthy lifestyle habits that can help aid in preventing or improving living with chronic diseases. This program is especially for patients living with Type-2 Diabetes and takes place over the course of 8 weeks. You will engage with others in person during these meetups that include activities and lectures covering the Seven Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Light Environment, Water, Electromagnetism, Community Engagement.
