Code of Conduct

  • Online completion of an annual membership for each participant is required for all participants. In addition, non-Temecula residents will be charged an additional $5.00/day of use at the entry gate. No membership = No ride.
    CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP ONLINE. Click on the green "Memberships" tab and select the membership based on your residency.

  • All participants are required wear the appropriate safety gear while using the facility. This includes: helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads.  Please bring your own safety gear. Patrons not wearing the appropriate safety gear will not be permitted to ride.

  • Closed-toed shoes are required. Violators will be asked to change shoes or leave.

  • Due to safety concerns, persons wishing to assist a participant in the riding areas must have a current Skate Park membership on file.

  • All forms of graffiti, tagging, or other means of defacing City property is prohibited. Such activity may result in closure of the facility. 

  • All bikes (including BMX) are prohibited at this facility. 

  • Food and drink may not be consumed in the riding areas. Participants eating/drinking will be asked to finish the items outside of the riding areas.

  • The last time to check in is 30 minutes prior to closing. Staff will end the session approximately 5 minutes before closing to allow for time to transition. 

  • The City of Temecula reserves the right to change the schedule as necessary. 

 

  • NO profanity.
    • 1st offense = Warning
    • 2nd offense = 10 minute suspension from the Skate Park
    • 3rd offense = Suspension for rest of day

  • Bullying.
    • 1st offense = Warning
    • 2nd offense = 10 minute suspension from the Skate Park
    • 3rd offense = Suspension for rest of day

  • NO throwing of equipment (scooters, skate boards, helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, etc. ).
    • 1st offense = Warning
    • 2nd offense = 10 minute suspension from the Skate Park
    • 3rd offense = Suspension for rest of day

 

Management reserves the right to extend suspensions based on the severity of the violation.
