Barre Stretch & Tone

Ages: 18+

Join us at the barre! This class combines the 2 most powerful components of a ballet barre workout: stretching and toning! We will blend strength training, stretching, and ballet-inspired movement while we sculpt your arms, legs and core muscles! Ballet experience is not required, and the class is designed to fit all levels of ability. Please wear comfortable active wear. Ballet shoes, socks or bare feet required.
