From Market to Plate

Take an insider’s tour of your local Temecula Farmer’s Market. Meet local farmers, learn to select organic produce and fresh ingredients, and then head back to the kitchen to prepare a Wine Country feast. We will share what we’ve cooked together. Each date features a new seasonal menu and all recipes are provided. Participants meet at MPSC and walk one block to the Farmer’s Market at beginning of class.
