The City of Temecula has a variety of affordable housing opportunities for all economic segments of the community. By partnering with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private property owners, we work to create safe and affordable housing for all residents of our community.
How to Apply
Contact each affordable housing complex to determine if there is availability. Many units offer a “waitlist” where you may be contacted once a unit becomes available.
Who is Eligible?
Eligibility is determined based on several factors, including income, and specific housing restrictions. For instance, some units may be reserved for seniors, while other units may be open to any age group. Please consult with each property to determine if you are eligible to apply and/or be added to a wait list.
Property Management
All of the affordable housing units located within the City of Temecula are owned and managed by private property managers. For more information on these units, including availability, rental rates, and income qualifications, you can contact the property management company directly. Contact information can be found in our Affordable Housing Brochure (PDF). We also have an interactive affordable housing map.
