Class provides an easy, safe, and effective way to increase aerobic fitness, endurance, and muscle strength. Simply walking 1 mile in water is similar to walking 2 miles on land and burns up to twice the calories!
Class is held in shallow water; participants do not need to be able to swim. Water shoes are recommended.
