Stations may be closed during the week if emergencies arise in the City.



Hard Card Fingerprinting services are available only at the Old Town Station from Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Fingerprints are done on a walk-in basis, no appointment is necessary. First come, first served.

Fingerprint cards are not provided at the Old Town Station. Subjects requiring fingerprints must have the cards provided to them from the agency requesting the prints. If the agency requesting the prints does not provide the cards, fingerprint cards can be typically purchased at locations that provide mailing services.

There is a $10 rolling fee per card, which must be paid by either cash or check. We do not have any credit card capabilities at the storefronts.


Livescan Fingerprinting services are available at the Promenade Station by appointment only. Livescan services are available Sunday - Friday, 11:00 am - 5:00pm, and Saturday from 12 pm - 5pm. Subjects requiring Livescans must have the Livescan request form in hand provided to them from the agency requesting the scan. The Promenade Station does not provide the Livescan forms.

In addition to the fee charged by the DOJ and FBI, there is a $10 rolling fee for each Livescan. Payment is accepted by cash or pre-printed check only. To make an appointment or for additional Livescan questions, please call (951)506-5160.

Police Reports

You can obtain copies of police reports by first contacting the Southwest Station at 951-696-3000 to see if the report is ready and available. If the report is releasable you can request it to be faxed to a storefront that is convenient for you to pick it up. There is a $23 fee, payable by cash or pre-printed check for a copy of the report.

  • Have most “fix-it” tickets signed off
  • File past public/private property traffic collision reports
  • Obtain “Ride-along” applications
  • Apply for Solicitor and Secondhand Dealer Permits and Licenses: $29  (Only available at the Old Town Station)
  • Obtain RV/Oversize Vehicle Permits (No Fee), Available 4 times yearly/72 hour limit.
  • Obtain various information on crime prevention, neighborhood watch, stranger/danger or other types of programs available through the department
  • Child Identification Kit: Obtain a Child Identification Kit (no appointment necessary and free of charge)
  • ABC Permits: $29 (Cash or pre-printed check)
  • Taxi Permits: $70 (Cash or pre-printed check)
