Be Trained
When it comes to disasters and emergencies training on what to do and how to do it will be key to our success as a community. An important part of preparing for any emergency is knowing how to help yourself, your family and others when disaster strikes. Here are some options to help you get started!
CERT – The Community Emergency Response Team training is a 20-hour, nationally recognized course which prepares individuals to help prior to, during and after a large scale disaster and is ideal for those hoping to become part of the city’s disaster response.
