Temecula City Hall - Temecula City Hall is open to the public with regular hours of operation Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm - read press release. Online services and virtual permits continue to be availableFor other reopening updates visit

Community Recreation Center pool open for lap swim, masters swim, water exercise, life guard training, and water safety instructor courses. Visit for more information on aquatic programs. Mary Phillips Senior Center (41845 6th Street) is open offering support services, support groups, and limited classes. The Curbside Senior Meals Program, a regular program wherein seniors pick-up meals on a drive-through basis every Friday from 9-10am. Reservations are required. Senior Center and Cool Center hours are Monday - Friday 9 am- 4 pm. Call (951) 694-6464 for more information.

Outdoor youth sports practices, conditioning. All athletic surfaces that are not expressly closed for renovations are available to use on a first-come, first-serve basis until 4 pm, Monday - Saturday, and from dawn to dusk on Sundays. Certain City athletic surfaces are available to reserve in the afternoon, evenings and on Saturdays. If interested in specific information on reservation availability and the rental process, please email NOTE: All activities must comply with current State health guidelines/orders regulations on distancing and cohorting. Failure to adhere to such regulations may result in forfeiture of reservations and ability to use City fields in the future.

Temecula HELP Center (28922 Pujol St) is open two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 4 pm. The HELP Center is available to individuals who are at-risk who are seeking additional resources. Staff is receiving and answering messages at 951-240-4242.
