Military Banner Program

The Military Banner Program was created for the community of Temecula to honor and recognize active duty military personnel that reside in or have immediate family living in the City of Temecula. Banners will display the official military photo of the service person, as well as their name, rank, and branch of the United States Armed Forces.

There will be no cost to the honoree or the applicant for this program.

To qualify for the Military Banner Program, the following criteria must be met:
  • The honoree is an active duty member of the United States Armed Forces.
  • The applicant must be a current resident of Temecula (priority is given to honorees that currently reside in the City).

  • Applications (PDF) will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
  • Banners will be raised in the order that the application is received.
  • Priority will be given to active military members that reside in the City of Temecula.
  • Fill and submit the online application.
Temecula. We proudly honor Sergeant Steve Miller.
