Want to burn 800-1,000 calories in an hour? Then this class is for you! Our power packed hour of intervals, boxing drills and strength training, will do the trick. Boost cardio endurance, blast fat, build lean muscle and get real results! This class is designed for men, women and teens of all fitness levels (modifications will be provided).
Bring a mat, exercise band, dumbbells and a can-do attitude. Instructor has 13 years' experience and is AFAA/TKB certified.
