  1. Lap Swim

    We offer a year round lap swim program that is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. It is a non-instruction program for individuals who want to swim for fitness or therapeutic purposes. A lifeguard will be present at all times.

  2. Masters Swimming

    The Masters program is an ongoing program designed to help swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals, and offer support for a healthy lifestyle through friendship and camaraderie.

  3. 100 Mile Swim

    Lap Swim just got exciting... Keep track of how far you swim each day at lap swim on the 100 Mile Swim board. If you complete all 100 miles in one calendar year you receive a 100 Mile Swim t-shirt so you can proudly show your accomplishments to the world. Scroll down to see how it all works.

  4. Water Exercise Classes

    We offer a variety of Water Exercise classes including Shallow Water Aerobics, Aqua Fit, Deep Water Power Hour, Aquacise, and Water Walking. Try any class for free!
